Quick answers before you sign up.

What can I find on Radiatova?

Radiatova is a free educational auto insurance information website from The Nelson M Group LLC. It explains the basics in plain language.

Can I file a claim here?

No. Claims go to your own insurer. If anyone is hurt after a crash, call 911 first.

Do you share my details with insurers or agents?

No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with insurance companies, agents, quote sites or other partners. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Can I skip the texts?

No. Texts are optional, with one unchecked box. You can sign up without ticking it.

Can you tell me what my premium should be?

No. A premium comes from your state, your car, who drives it and how each insurer rates risk. We describe those factors so you know what to ask when you speak to an insurer.

Is Radiatova an insurance company, agent or broker?

Not at all. We write general guides about auto insurance. We do not sell it, we are not licensed to, and none of it is insurance, legal or financial advice.

Can I ask you to erase what I sent?

Email [email protected] and we will remove you, or use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Can you file my hail claim?

No. Contact your insurer. We explain how the process is generally described.

What if I want the texts to end?

Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP if you need help. Email [email protected] if you would rather write.

Can you recommend a good insurer?

No. We do not recommend, rank or refer insurers or agents, and nobody pays us to mention them.

Can I sign up without an email, phone or ZIP code?

No. Your email address, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional. A first name, a last name, your topic and the privacy agreement are all we need.

Do you repair dents?

No.

How frequent are the messages?

Not often. Message frequency varies, topping out around 8 a month, and message and data rates may apply.

What happens after I sign up?

Plain-language educational notes on the topic you choose. Email is optional, and so are the short texts that link to the guides.

Ready when the household is.

Free, educational, and you can stop any time.
